Dr. Gina Poe has researched the science behind sleep for over thirty years. Her lab investigates how sleep supports the consolidation of learning and memory. Her research has informed our understanding of memory difficulties and sleep difficulties in diseases like Schizophrenia and Alzheimer’s disease.
